Greatest. Video. Ever.

I simply can't get enough of this guy right now.  Many people have already discovered this guy and I realize I am late to hop on that boat, but I am paddling as hard as I can with both oars.  I had no idea that communist Russia in the 1970's was this joyful and happy.
